About The Position

Be the CEO’s force multiplier across the company Boam AI builds managed data agents that transform messy, unstructured signals from public, private, and proprietary sources into structured, reliable, and always up-to-date intelligence on millions of SMBs and enterprises worldwide. These agentic systems power CRMs, data warehouses, AI products, and mission-critical decisions across the enterprise with strategic partners such as Uber Eats and Toast. As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you’ll operate at the center of the company. This is a high-trust, high-velocity role for a rare early-career standout who wants a front-row seat to building a profitable, category-defining, and fast-scaling startup. You’ll drive cross-functional execution on the CEO’s highest-priority initiatives, turn ambiguity into clear plans, and keep the company moving fast without losing rigor. Requirements

• 1–4+ years in a high-velocity environment (startup, consulting, banking, ops, product)
• Unusually strong ownership: you take messy problems and close the loop
• Sharp written and verbal communication

• Analytical and detail-oriented; you don’t drop balls

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO’s top priorities and drive them to shipped outcomes
• Turn ambiguous goals into crisp plans, milestones, and weekly execution
• Run cross-functional projects across product, ops, GTM, and partnerships
• Create leverage through tight communication, prep, and follow-through
• Build operating rhythms: dashboards, reviews, decision logs, and tracking
• Identify bottlenecks early and unblock teams with speed and tact
• Write high-signal memos, customer briefs, and executive updates
• Support strategic work: partnerships, hiring, pricing, and expansion
• Use next-gen AI tools to move faster and raise the quality bar
