This role translates multi-year channel priorities into actionable plans, operating mechanisms, milestones, and performance metrics, ensuring measurable progress across advisor growth, operational efficiency, and integration initiatives. The Chief of Staff drives the channel’s annual and quarterly planning, supports budgeting, forecasting, and people-plan alignment, and ensures strategic initiatives are delivered on scope, time, and budget through strong governance, cross-functional alignment, and disciplined follow-through.
