ServiceNow is actively seeking a Chief of Staff to join the Global Partner function within the Global Partnerships & Channels Organization (GPC) . Reporting directly to the G VP of Global Partnerships , the Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier, driving operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and execution of high-impact initiatives across the global partnerships organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—turning vision into action, aligning leaders around clear priorities, and ensuring we deliver on what matters most. As Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted advisor, thought partner, and operational backbone for the GVP and the broader partnerships leadership team. You will lead critical planning processes, drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, and serve as a connective tissue across the organization—bridging communication gaps, unblocking obstacles, and ensuring the right work happens at the right pace. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity, excels at building relationships across all levels, and possesses the executive presence to represent leadership in high-stakes situations.
