The Role The Chief of Staff is the operational engine of the CROâs office. This is a high-leverage role designed for an ambitious, AI-forward professional who excels at turning high-level direction into polished execution. Your mission is to amplify the CROâs impact by owning the heavy lifting of executive communications, rapid-response data analysis and operational follow-through. In this role, you will work in close coordination with the VP of Revenue Operations - the CROâs primary strategic partner - to ensure that the leadershipâs vision is translated into daily action and that the organisation maintains a high tempo of execution.
