The full-time position of Chief of Staff/College Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the head football coach to support all aspects of the Lipscomb Academy football program. Chief of Staff Responsibilities: Strategic Alignment: Translate the leader's vision into actionable plans, ensuring all departments (ops, academics, etc.) work cohesively. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day football office functions, including budget management, staff hires, facilities, and technology. Communications Hub: Serve as a liaison, filtering information, managing internal/external stakeholders, and drafting communications. Support Staff Supervision: Lead and manage support units like football operations, strength & conditioning, and position coaches. Project Management: Help head coach drive key initiatives from future facility developments to program enhancements Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, acting as a buffer for the head coach and AD to handle high-level concerns. College Recruiting Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between student athletes and college coaches, enhancing exposure for the student athletes while representing the Lipscomb program in a professional fashion.
