About The Position

OPERATIONS SR MANAGER Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as an Operations Sr Manager at GDIT. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As an Operations Sr Manager, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of delivering unified communications to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). You will play a crucial role in leading all operations. ● Lead/Manage/Support operations in the following services: Sustainment, Implementations, Security, Network, Engineering, Program Management Office and Customer Operations. M anages the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities. Responsible for managing the activities of the assigned business unit, a ligns teams, sets goals, executes initiatives, and improves processes for the specific business units, a nalyzes current processes and workflows to help the organization run efficiently and effectively, a nalyzes budgets for equipment needs of the business, c reate business strategies to achieve business targets, k eeps current with business and economic trends to forecast how the business will need to adapt and change over time. The Operations Sr Manager must have: ● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (Experience can substitute education requirement) ● Experience: 9+ years of FAA related experience in voice, video and network operations: 1. Must have experience with operations in a MODERATE security posture specific to FAA administrative systems. 2. Must have a working knowledge of FAA MR processes. 3. Must have a working technical background in operations of the following platforms/systems: Avaya, Juniper, IP Office, 911 systems, Voice Mail, Contact Center, and FAA specific KSN / TEMT. 4. Must have a working knowledge in delivery of systems in a FedRamp environment specific to the FAA. 5. Must have experience in the following FAA operations: WOCC, SOC, NOC, OCC, ROC, ARTCC, FSDO, and ATCs. ● Public Trust (Agency Specific) required. The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Requirements
