Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Agriculture or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 11 plus years of experience in agricultural credit, lending, sales, or compliance,
• 6 plus years of experience in a formal leadership or supervisory role.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Comprehensive knowledge of lending, sales, marketing, public relations, and advocacy, including regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of agriculture and rural communities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead at the highest organizational level, drive results, lead change and set strategic priorities.
• Familiarity with the Farm Credit System and commitment to its mission.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
