Responsible for providing executive leadership and governance over all technology, information, and digital capabilities supporting a complex, highly regulated behavioral health organization. The Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) shapes a forward-looking technology vision and partners closely with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to translate that vision into measurable outcomes that strengthen care delivery, workforce effectiveness, decision-making, financial stewardship, and organizational resilience. The CITO is accountable for the strategy, roadmap, performance, security, and optimization of enterprise clinical, business, and workforce platforms, including EHR (EPIC), financial systems (e.g., Sage), analytics and business intelligence (e.g., Power BI), human capital systems (e.g., ADP), infrastructure, cybersecurity, privacy, and digital innovation. This role also provides executive oversight for the responsible evaluation, governance, and adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technologies, ensuring ethical use, patient safety, data protection, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
