As PharmaLink continues to grow, technology is central to customer trust, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation. The CIO is responsible for ensuring PharmaLink’s systems are not just operational, but strategic assets that enable growth, compliance, and enterprise partnerships. This role will directly shape how PharmaLink scales its platforms, improves data quality, integrates with customers, and executes complex initiatives with confidence and predictability. The Chief Information Officer (CIO) at PharmaLink is responsible for defining and executing the company’s overall technology and information strategy to support business growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and enterprise customer enablement. This role provides executive leadership across application platforms, data, infrastructure, security, delivery governance, and IT operations. The CIO will be accountable for the reliability, scalability, and integrity of PharmaLink’s core systems, including Prophet®, Encore®, data platforms, and enterprise integrations. A key mandate of this role is improving data quality and trust, enabling large enterprise customer integrations, and professionalizing delivery and governance across the technology organization. This role balances strategic vision with hands-on leadership, ensuring that technology investments directly support PharmaLink’s business objectives while meeting regulatory, security, and customer expectations.
