Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience managing enterprise technology environments in complex operational businesses
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing technology teams and develop managers
  • Strong judgment across enterprise systems, integrations, infrastructure, and data architecture
  • Track record improving operational reliability, system uptime, and delivery predictability
  • Experience establishing data ownership, governance, and reporting standards
  • Working leadership knowledge of IT operations, cybersecurity fundamentals, and business continuity planning
  • Experience leading enterprise IT organizations within complex operational environments
  • Proven success stabilizing and scaling enterprise systems and infrastructure
  • Strong leadership capability building and managing technology teams
  • Ability to balance operational reliability with business growth and execution speed

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technology organization and establish clear roles, accountability, and performance expectations
  • Build and develop a high-performing team capable of supporting enterprise systems and operations
  • Drive alignment across departments to ensure technology priorities support business execution
  • Assess existing systems, infrastructure, integrations, and data environments to identify gaps and operational blockers
  • Establish a prioritized technology roadmap focused on reliability, scalability, and productivity
  • Ensure systems architecture supports operational growth and cross-functional execution
  • Improve uptime, system performance, and delivery predictability through disciplined operating processes
  • Establish clear prioritization, intake, and change management processes for technology initiatives
  • Reduce operational disruptions caused by system failures or technology gaps
  • Strengthen reporting confidence by establishing data ownership, governance standards, and operational controls
  • Ensure leadership has access to reliable operational and performance data
  • Oversee internal IT operations including infrastructure, support, devices, and network environments
  • Lead practical security fundamentals including access management, monitoring, patching, and backup protocols
  • Ensure business continuity for critical systems and operational technology environments
