About The Position

KI is looking for a forward‑thinking Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead enterprise technology from our Corporate Headquarters in Green Bay, WI. In this role, you will shape KI’s technology vision, modernize legacy systems, and partner across the organization—including manufacturing—to ensure technology drives meaningful business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related business field.
• Proven experience leading ERP modernization and transformation.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in management.
• Strength in IT governance, strategy, innovation, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead organizational change.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.

• Set and communicate a clear, future‑focused technology vision.
• Build and execute a multi‑year IT roadmap that supports business growth.
• Lead modernization efforts, including ERP transformation from legacy platforms.
• Develop and empower a high‑performing IT leadership team.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, resilience planning, and IT governance.
• Explore and implement emerging technologies such as AI, cloud solutions, and automation.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to understand technology needs and enhance business outcomes.
