About The Position

We are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer / Chief Technology Officer (CIO / CTO) to lead enterprise technology strategy, innovation, and operations. This executive role blends external-facing technology leadership (CTO) with internal IT and systems oversight (CIO) and will play a critical role in advancing the organization’s mission, efficiency, and security.

Requirements

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Extensive experience in technology leadership, software development, and scaling organizations
Deep expertise in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure
Strong background in cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance
Proven success in strategic planning, financial management, and executive leadership
Demonstrated ability to build and develop top-tier technology talent
Experience managing vendors and external technology partners
10+ years of executive-level leadership experience in organizations of similar size and complexity preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals, objectives, and budget
Lead and inspire high-performing technology teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget
Oversee enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Ensure strong cybersecurity, compliance, data governance, and risk management practices
Manage vendor relationships and strategic technology partnerships
Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development, including converting consultant roles into permanent staff
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive leadership and stakeholders
