About The Position

Northwest Center is an ambitious, dynamic, and driven social enterprise organization that operates successful businesses to drive societal change. We are focused on our collective North-a world where all children have equitable access to education and the employment rate for people with disabilities is the same as the general population. Since its inception in 1965, Northwest Center has built and acquired a portfolio of commercial businesses to fuel our mission of disability inclusion and enable our journey North. We are entering a new chapter focused on expanding our reach, strengthening our portfolio, and creating new avenues for impact. The Chief Growth Officer is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and a central architect of Northwest Center's next phase of growth. This is a role for a working executive who can shape the growth agenda and establish the systems and partnerships necessary to deliver it. The CGO will shape and drive the organization's growth strategy and lead the revenue generation for targeted business areas, with an initial focus on the program portfolio. The role includes building a scalable sales infrastructure, leading marketing efforts, and developing new revenue streams and partnerships that advance the organization's mission. The CGO will collaborate closely with other executive leaders, particularly the Chief Operations Officer (COO), to align growth strategy with operational delivery.
