About The Position

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in Product, Sales, or Growth Strategy roles, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or payor markets
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and leading product innovation in complex, regulated environments
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing large, cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to translate market insights, customer feedback, and technology trends into actionable strategies

Responsibilities
