About The Position
As Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor and operational partner to executive leadership. You will provide financial clarity, strengthen operational discipline, and help architect financial infrastructure required to support continued growth and scalability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience
- Senior leadership experience (Director, VP, Controller, or CFO level)
- Experience leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis
- Experience leading and developing finance teams
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Public accounting background (CPA preferred)
- Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial experience
- ERP implementation experience
- Experience in privately-owned or growth-oriented organizations
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership
- Lead all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance
- Provide actionable financial insights to support operational excellence
- Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting
- Lead ERP implementation and financial systems improvements
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Establish strong internal controls and compliance practices
- Partner cross-functionally to support business performance and growth
