The Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. This position will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies across the organization. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas needing improvement. If you have experience with fiscal responsibilities involving contracts and purchasing and knowledge of statistical analysis, we encourage you to apply. Incumbents in these positions are experienced professionals within their area of expertise and are assigned responsibilities directing, overseeing, and managing a specific department, division, or similar business unit within an agency, board or commission for the State of Oklahoma. This position provides the leadership and vision necessary to ensure proper operational controls, business and fiscal processes, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems are established for effective growth and operational efficiency and efficacy. Incumbents in these positions ensure the services provided by their assigned department, division, or similar business unit comply with all federal and state laws, program guidelines, procedures, and processes, and other governing rules.
