Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10–15 years of experience in Finance roles, ideally in aerospace, defense, industrial, or high‑tech manufacturing
  • Proven experience in a U.S.-based company with exposure to international group standards
  • Strong background in controlling, financial reporting, FP&A, accounting, and cash management
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment (local U.S. organization + European corporate governance)
  • Leadership, team development, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Mastery of ERP systems (experience with SAP, Epicor, or similar)
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and resilience

Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the financial strategy in line with Cox & Company’s business plan and ADI’s strategic roadmap.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles, ensuring alignment with Hutchinson Group standards.
  • Drive monthly performance reviews: P&L, cash, working capital, capex, and margin monitoring.
  • Support pricing strategies, new business evaluations, and investment decisions.
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational and financial performance (efficiency, margins, footprint optimization).
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements in full compliance with U.S. GAAP and Hutchinson Group reporting rules.
  • Oversee accounting operations for all Cox & Company entities: Plainview (NY), 
  • Strengthen internal controls and enforce compliance with Group procedures, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations across all locations.
  • Optimize working capital (inventories, receivables, payables).
  • Support funding requirements, financial risk analysis, and hedging strategies as required by ADI Finance.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Program Management and Engineering to support decision-making.
  • Challenge cost structures, industrial performance, and make‑or‑buy decisions.
  • Contribute to integration synergies between Cox & Company, and ADI entities.
  • Act as financial lead for post‑acquisition integration, ensuring adherence to ADI targets (efficiency, cash, reporting standards, digital tools).
  • Contribute to the deployment of ADI digitalization initiatives (ERP convergence, analytics tools, BI dashboards).
  • Support harmonization of financial tools, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
  • Build competencies aligned with ADI’s expectations (controlling, accounting, costing, business finance).
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
