Idaho State University and the ISU Foundation are actively preparing to launch a historic and ambitious comprehensive fundraising campaign. Position Summary: The Foundation CFO is a key member of the Advancement and Foundation senior leadership team, responsible for providing strategic financial direction and ensuring the integrity of all financial operations. This role oversees budgeting, accounting, investment management, and compliance for a dynamic nonprofit organization that manages donor-restricted funds and endowments in support of Idaho State University. The CFO will lead a small, high-performing finance team, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors. This position is a state employee through Idaho State University on loan to the ISU Foundation and reports to the CEO. This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time. Candidates who already hold valid U.S. work authorization may be considered.
