At OnPoint, our mission is rooted in strengthening lives, supporting recovery, and building a healthier, more connected community. As we look ahead to our next chapter, we are excited to announce an upcoming leadership opportunity for a Chief Executive Officer who will carry this mission forward with vision, compassion, and integrity. This planned transition reflects both celebration and intention. Our current CEO will be retiring, leaving behind a legacy of meaningful impact and strong organizational stewardship. To honor that legacy and ensure continued success, the Board of Directors is initiating a thoughtful and proactive search, with the goal of selecting a new CEO by September, or no later than the end of October. This timeline is designed to allow for a purposeful onboarding period, where the selected candidate will have the unique opportunity to work alongside the current CEO, gaining insight, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless leadership transition. We are seeking a dynamic and values-driven leader who is inspired by the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families served through community behavioral health. This is more than a leadership role. It is a chance to guide a dedicated organization, partner with an engaged Board, and help shape the future of behavioral health services in the community. The Board is deeply committed to identifying the right leader and providing the support, partnership, and resources necessary for their success. Through a smooth and intentional transition, we aim to position our next CEO to lead with confidence, continuity, and impact from day one. If you are a collaborative, forward-thinking executive with a passion for community mental health and a desire to lead an organization that truly makes a difference, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.
