About The Position

Opening Fall 2026 in Roger, Arkansas, Hotel Vin will have over 120 rooms and suites. Amenities include elegant contemporary rooms and suites with marble bathrooms, designer toiletries, minifridges, and minibars. Additional amenities include concierge service, an outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a fine-dining restaurant serving locally sourced food and wine, and over 10,000 sq ft. of meeting and event space.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Must have knowledge of building codes and specifications.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
