Reports to: Board of Directors with dotted line to CEO Summary The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive compliance and ethics program that supports the company’s mission, protects its reputation, and ensures adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the Board of Directors, the CCO serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and transparency across the enterprise.
