About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Compliance Officer to lead the development and oversight of a robust compliance and ethics program. This role offers the opportunity to influence organizational integrity, mitigate risk, and ensure adherence to healthcare, pharma, and data privacy regulations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on compliance strategy, emerging regulations, and governance. This role requires collaboration across legal, operational, and business teams to embed compliance into core business practices and decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of compliance or legal experience, including building or advising a compliance program.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical compliance.
  • Experience managing a team of compliance professionals.
  • Proven ability to interact with Boards of Directors and senior leadership.
  • Exceptional judgment and business acumen with ability to translate complex compliance issues into actionable strategies.
  • Skilled in communication, influencing stakeholders, and fostering a culture of ethical decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive compliance and ethics program aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a primary advisor to the CEO, CLO, Board of Directors, and Audit & Compliance Committee on regulatory and ethical matters.
  • Monitor and assess compliance risks across healthcare, pharma, technology, and data operations.
  • Oversee policies, procedures, training, auditing, and monitoring to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA, FDA, Anti-Kickback, GDPR, and CCPA.
  • Direct internal investigations and ensure timely resolution and corrective actions.
  • Provide regular compliance reporting to senior leadership and maintain confidential reporting systems.
  • Build and lead a high-performing compliance team that models integrity, accountability, and collaboration.
