Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree with 5+ years of clinical experience in radiology.
Experience in healthcare innovation and collaboration with payers/providers.
Demonstrated leadership in clinical governance and quality oversight.
Experience with AI integration in healthcare settings.
Familiarity with quality improvement programs in radiology.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Established credibility within the radiology community.
Passion for advancing diagnostic quality through AI-enabled healthcare.

Responsibilities

Ensure validation of AI-identified errors through clinical review by radiologists.
Oversee training and monitoring of radiologist partners.
Implement peer review and feedback systems.
Lead clinical validation of new AI tools and their integration.
Maintain clinical oversight of AI performance and feedback loops.
Provide governance for diagnostic care programs and ensure high standards.
