About The Position

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading operations for a professional services or technology firm.
  • Deep understanding of business functions: Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Demonstrated success building operating rhythms, performance dashboards, and cross-functional processes at scale.
  • Expertise leading managers; strong coaching and conflict resolution skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with comfort in financial statements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills able to promote cohesion.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and coach department leads to achieve organizational goals.
  • Set clear expectations, hold direct reports accountable, and foster high performance.
  • Translate the organization’s vision into actionable annual and quarterly goals.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards with key metrics.
  • Identify and solve root causes of operational issues.
  • Document critical processes and ensure adherence company-wide.
  • Lead weekly leadership meetings and quarterly planning sessions.
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
