Requirements
- Previous automotive dealership management experience required (Sales Manager or Desk Manager)
- Strong understanding of desking, deal structure, and CRM best practices
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team
- Professional, polished, and able to represent the dealership with integrity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer and CRM proficiency
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of the sales floor and sales team
- Desking deals, structuring transactions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coaching, training, and developing sales associates to achieve individual and team goals
- Supporting the team in customer interactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with management on inventory, pricing, and sales strategies
- Monitoring key performance metrics and driving consistent improvement
- Upholding Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel’s strong reputation through professional leadership
