Jerry Seiner Casa Grande Chevrolet is hiring a Parts Counter Specialist to support our Service and Parts departments. This role is ideal for someone with automotive parts experience-or a strong desire to learn-who enjoys helping customers, working with technicians, and keeping operations running smoothly. Requirements

  • Automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of parts catalogs and inventory systems is a plus
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in and phone customers with automotive parts selection
  • Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and product recommendations
  • Support service technicians and advisors with parts requests
  • Pull, stock, and organize parts inventory
  • Process special and emergency parts orders
  • Receive freight, handle returns, and manage parts deliveries
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and a clean, organized parts department
