Requirements

• A high school diploma/GED, with additional technical certifications as an advantage.
• Previous exposure to chemical production or a similar field is preferred.
• Comprehensive grasp of safety protocols in a production setting.
• Proficiency in handling, operating, and troubleshooting production machinery.
• Attention to detail paired with effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate insights clearly.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours as necessitated by production demands.
• Capability to execute tasks while ensuring quality, individually and cooperatively.
• Proficient in following precise instructions, both verbal and written.
• Basic math aptitude.
• Certification in safe forklift operations.
• Clean-shaven appearance for respirator compatibility.

• Proficient in fundamental computer functions.
• Capable of lifting and moving weights up to 50 pounds.

• Manipulate and control the flow and composition of chemical mixtures precisely.
• Engage in routine maintenance and address equipment challenges head-on.
