About The Position

The Chemical Operator II is a full-time, first-shift role that involves blending, diluting, and formulating a range of chemical products following precise Batch Manufacturing protocols. Working hands-on with hazardous chemicals, you'll follow strict safety and quality guidelines to create and prepare products for distribution. Responsibilities include daily production, staging and packaging orders, and maintaining an organized workspace. This role also involves assisting with operations, offering opportunities for growth into leadership for those who demonstrate initiative and attention to detail.
In this role, you'll be physically active and engage in tasks requiring heavy lifting, handling of chemicals, and occasional work outdoors in varied conditions. The Chemical Operator II position is ideal for individuals experienced in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Quality Controlled environments, such as ISO, who can follow detailed instructions with precision.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in hazardous chemical handling and formulation
• Familiarity with safety protocols
• Experience in structured environments like ISO
• Comfort with physical demands, including lifting
• Ability to work in high temperatures
• Ability to wear respiratory protection
