About The Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping to resolve inquiries, support orders, and enhance their overall experience with Stello Foods.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or chat support, preferably within the Food & Beverages sector.
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with chat support software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
