About The Position

Our team partners with nonprofit organizations to increase community awareness and fundraising support through live events and outreach campaigns. We focus on building personal connections that help strengthen charitable initiatives and expand donor engagement at the local level. Position Overview We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Charity Event Assistants. In this role, you will support nonprofit fundraising events, engage with community members, and represent charitable causes in a professional and enthusiastic manner. This position includes paid training and mentorship, with opportunities for advancement into leadership and event management roles.

Requirements

Interest in fundraising, nonprofit marketing, event coordination, or community outreach
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Organized with strong time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability for full-time, in-person work

Responsibilities

Assist with the planning and execution of charity events and fundraising campaigns
Communicate the mission, programs, and impact of nonprofit partners to community members
Conduct presentations at events and designated retail or community locations
Support donor engagement and sponsorship initiatives
Collaborate with team members to implement outreach and promotional strategies
Maintain accurate tracking of event interactions and campaign progress
Represent the organization and nonprofit partners with professionalism
