Requirements

• Passion for nonprofit work, charity marketing, and community engagement
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in face-to-face interactions
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced event environments

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available for weekend and evening events

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraising drives, and outreach campaigns
• Assist with event setup, registration, logistics, and breakdown
• Engage attendees to promote charitable causes, inspire donations, and encourage volunteer participation
• Support the creation and distribution of event communications and promotional materials
• Track and report attendance, donations, and engagement metrics
