About The Position
Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is seeking LPNs to join our nursing team in a skilled nursing environment. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions. In this role, you'll provide hands-on care, support resident well-being, and work alongside a collaborative clinical team focused on delivering high-quality outcomes. Pay Range $32.00 - $39.42 per hour Pay rate is based on experience and benefit selections. Higher hourly rates may be available for employees who opt out of certain benefits. Requirements
- Active LPN license (state required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for working with an elder population
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Document care accurately in electronic records
- Coordinate with nurses, physicians, and care staff
