About The Position
Agawam Rehab & Nursing Campus is hiring LPNs for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles across our four-building campus in Agawam, MA . As a Charge Nurse, you will provide direct care and support daily clinical operations in a team-focused environment. Pay Range $39.00 - $41.50 per hour Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Includes shift differentials, with higher rates available for certain benefit options.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments, including IVs
- Complete assessments and maintain EHR documentation
- Communicate with physicians and care team
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
