About The Position
Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions within our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will support resident care, oversee day-to-day clinical needs, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective outcomes. Pay Range $27.35 - $30.10 per hour Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Shift differentials are not included in the posted rate.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (state required)
- Reliable, team-oriented approach to care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform routine assessments and document in EHR
- Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
