About The Position

Chaplain / Spiritual Counselor – Hospice Make Every Moment Meaningful Are you ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of patients and families during one of life's most sacred transitions? Ancora Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate, grounded, and spiritually mature Chaplain / Spiritual Counselor to serve patients and families in the Anchorage area. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide comfort, presence, and guidance during end-of-life care. Whether you are an experienced chaplain, a recent graduate, or re-entering the workforce, we welcome individuals who feel called to serve. What You'll Do As a Hospice Chaplain, you will spend most of your time: Providing spiritual, emotional, and religious support to hospice patients Offering grief support and guidance to families and caregivers Facilitating meaningful conversations that promote peace, closure, and dignity You will be a steady presence, helping individuals navigate complex emotions while honoring diverse beliefs and backgrounds.
