About the Role: As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic partner relationships that drive indirect revenue. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between our client and its channel partners by enabling, empowering, and motivating them to generate new business and expand existing accounts. What You’ll Do: Build & Recruit Partners: Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners including VARs, agents, MSPs, and technology alliances. Enable & Educate: train partners on product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation to ensure successful go-to-market execution. Influence Decision Makers: Engage with mid-level and senior leadership within partner organizations to strengthen alignment and performance. Forecast & Optimize: Maintain accurate pipeline visibility through CRM tools like Salesforce and continuously refine partner performance strategies. Collaborate Internally: Work closely with marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure partners have the resources they need to win. About You: Strategic Relationship Builder: You excel at building trust, driving alignment, and growing long-term partnerships. Industry Pro: You bring 5+ years of experience in telecom (UcaaS, CPaaS, SaaS) or software sales, with at least 2+ years focused on channel development. Driven to Win: You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding indirect revenue targets. Tech-Savvy Communicator: You’re at home discussing technical products, and you’re a pro with CRM tools like Salesforce, outreach, SF navigator, etc. Detail-Oriented & Self-Motivated: You manage multiple partner relationships and sales cycles with precision and discipline. Collaborative Leader: You thrive cross-functionally and understand how to align marketing, sales, and technical teams around shared goals. Experienced in mid-market to Enterprise Environments: You understand how to support partners selling into both mid-market and enterprise clients.
