About The Position

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Director to lead partner recruitment and development across the Central United States. This high impact role requires a balance of partner recruitment, partner activation, building mindshare, and driving pipeline. You’ll be responsible for driving partner-led revenue, accelerating new logo growth, and expanding Aryaka’s Unified SASE footprint through a partner-first motion. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner development roles within networking, cybersecurity, or cloud industries.
  • Strong relationships with Central US partners and distributors.
  • Proven success recruiting and scaling VAR, MSSP, TSD/Agents, national distribution, and regional partnerships.
  • Experience managing strategic and large channel ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable high-performing VAR, MSSP, TSD/Agents, national distribution, and regional partners across the Central US.
  • Drive deal registrations, pipeline creation, and co-sell motions through joint business planning.
  • Work closely with Aryaka field sales to ensure an effective sell-with motion and partner alignment.
  • Support partner-led marketing and demand generation campaigns.
  • Deliver partner QBRs at an executive level and ensure strong pipeline forecasting discipline.
