The Channel Sales Director will lead our effort to grow our network of contractors who spec and sell Copper products as part of the home improvement businesses. We have seen early success working with designers, architects, HVAC installers, and solar installers selling Copper’s appliances to their clients. Now, we need to create scalable solutions for how we work with these partners. The Channel Sales Director will create the systems to then rapidly build this network of partners. This is an opportunity to take ownership of an entire sales function from the ground up and chart the company's growth trajectory. This is a full-time position expected to be in the office 4 days per week, with 1 day flexible for in-office or remote work, with domestic and international travel as needed.
