Job Summary The Channel Partner Specialist will provide support to Agent Channel Managers and their customers under the supervision of the Agent Channel Manager. This position will handle customer escalations, working inter-departmentally to research and resolve billing disputes, work with offer management to provide ICB pricing and create service orders. This position will also work to ensure timely installation of services and customer specific performance metrics to avoid paying SLA penalties.
