Learn more at www.vensure.com . Position Summary: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads. Execute aggressive prospecting to reach key decision makers. Manage the entire sales cycle including post-sale and implementation. Negotiate pricing and scope of service. Complete required sales paperwork and finalize service agreements. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business within assigned territory.
  • Analyze, plan, and implement products and services to meet client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and Broker practices.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Oversee renewal proposals and processes for current clients.
  • Prepare executive summaries for client presentations.
  • Schedule meetings to address client questions during implementation.
  • Collect data to guide product, marketing, sales, and business strategies.
  • Develop leads and utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track activities.
  • Take ownership of service accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Attend monthly consulting meetings; provide training and coaching.
