The platform also powers critical cross-functional journeys across the employee lifecycle, from internal mobility to offboarding, automating cumbersome administrative tasks that empower HR to do much more with less! We are looking for an experienced Channel Partner Sales Director to lead and grow revenue through our strategic reseller partnership with a major HR tech partner. This role combines sales expertise, technical knowledge, and project management skills to drive mutual growth and maximize the value of this high-profile partnership

Requirements

  • 5+ years in channel or B2B sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions (SaaS, AI, recruiting/HR tech preferred).
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Deep understanding of the recruiting or HR technology industry and buying processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with up to 25–30% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue targets and pipeline for a major strategic partnership.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through the partner’s network.
  • Create quarterly and annual business plans with defined revenue goals.
  • Train and enable partner sales teams on our products and value propositions.
  • Develop sales tools, presentations, case studies, and partner playbooks.
  • Participate in joint sales calls and provide ongoing coaching to drive deal velocity.
  • Act as the primary contact for a major global partnership.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Resolve obstacles to ensure partnership success and foster collaboration.
  • Collaborate on joint campaigns, webinars, events, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Support partner-specific marketing materials and messaging.
  • Understand product integrations and communicate technical capabilities to partners.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder projects with clear timelines, metrics, and accountability.
  • Track partnership performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure all commitments are met.
