About The Position

The Channel Partner Liaison serves as a key point of contact between internal teams and external data providers, ensuring seamless data integration, system validation, and operational readiness. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end data onboarding activities, including validation documentation, testing coordination, go-live execution, and post-implementation support. The liaison maintains strong relationships with data providers, proactively manages data quality and system issues, and escalates risks, trends, and performance concerns. With a strong focus on collaboration, organization, and communication, this role supports complex, cross-functional initiatives while delivering reliable, production-ready data solutions.Your Role

• Experience working with pharmacy operations, supply chains, data
• Consulting or Specialty Pharmacy experience - anything related to SP (SP ops, SP data reporting, SP drug development, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or health++

Responsibilities

• Create, review and complete system validation document including data exemptions
• Maintain program contract tracker and data requirements documentation
• Work with offshore team to process test files and communicate test results to data providers
• Perform ongoing testing until all data providers are production ready
• Conduct necessary go-live activities both internally and externally with data providers
• Assist with operations during hyper care period post go-live
• Develop working relationships with external data providers and be responsible for escalating trends and issues
• Provide insight on the data integration process and IT implementation timelines, tasks and deliverables
• Manages data quality and system issues with each data provider
• Act as a point of contact for transaction data issues with data providers
• Identify and escalate customer concerns and program trends related to data provider performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues with data provider files
