We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to own and scale how we engage members across email and lifecycle marketing. This person will play a key role in driving enrollment, activation, and retention through highly targeted, data driven campaigns. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Communications, and Product to deliver the right message to the right member at the right time, while continuously improving performance through testing, segmentation, and automation. Email and lifecycle marketing are some of our most effective levers for driving member enrollment, engagement, and retention. This role brings the technical expertise and execution power needed to scale personalization, improve performance, and create a more seamless member experience across every touchpoint. This is a great role for someone who enjoys both the technical side of campaign execution and the strategic side of improving engagement and conversion.
