Vanguard Workplace Solutions Marketing is looking for a Campaign Manager (note: role often referred to as Media Strategist or Media Planner/Manager) within the Advertising and Engagement Strategy team. In this role you'll own media plan development, execution, and optimization for aligned campaigns. This role plays an essential part in supporting strategy development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels. You'll closely collaborate with external agency partners, functional area experts, peers in other lines of business, and aligned pods to create and launch integrated, multi-channel advertising campaigns within Workplace Solutions Marketing (our institutional B2B division). Specific role responsibilities: Own paid media plan development, execution, and optimization. Lead media agency briefing process; develop actionable media strategy from business goals and marketing OKRs. Serve as Media Subject Matter Expert within align pods, providing expertise, consultation, strategy and execution support for cross-channel, digital marketing campaigns. Support strategy development of digital marketing campaigns across paid channels and steward strategy adherence with external partners. Assist with defining the appropriate measures of success across paid channels and tactics. Partner with marketing analytics to develop test and learn approaches for digital advertising channels and share learnings with key stakeholders. Oversee the timely trafficking of assets including processing materials through to compliance and properly assigning CIDs. Ensure Paid Media campaigns adhere to compliance and legal standards working closely with these key business functions to monitor and approve all communications. Stay current on existing and emerging channels and tactics, AdTech advancements, new media trends and competitive landscape. Regularly share learnings with team and broader department. Partner with Engagement Strategists, Project Owners and Project Managers to pull together marketing plan deliverables for leadership. Provide timely performance reporting to internal stakeholders, transforming campaign metrics and market research into actionable insights.
