About The Position

Eaton Corporation is seeking a results-driven Channel Marketing Manager - Regionals, to lead the development and execution of marketing programs that drive partner engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue through our regional channel ecosystem. This role will manage an in-territory team of marketers focused on building our marketing and sales within our regional VAR/MSP/IT/Datacom channel and collaborate closely with sales and product marketing teams to create and optimize go-to-market strategies that empower our partners and amplify our brand presence. This position will be based in Woodridge, IL OR Raleigh, NC reporting to the Senior Manager of Channel Marketing. The expected annual salary range for this role is $141,000 - $206,800 a year. This position is also eligible for a EIC bonus program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of seven (7) years related experience, preferably in commercial/channel marketing and/or sales
  • Minimum of two (2) years leadership experience.
  • No relocation is being offered for this role. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Woodridge, IL OR Raleigh, NC will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area.

Nice To Haves

  • In-depth knowledge of the complex multi-channel GTM including IT, power, datacom resellers and distributors. Understanding of key IT technology trends.
  • Proven success in developing and executing channel marketing strategies and programs.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, sales cycles, and co-marketing best practices.
  • Excellent project management, communication (verbal, written, up and down organization), team building and leadership skills.
  • Experience in IT Channel and Channel Marketing.
  • Ability to influence and work across matrix organization
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think and act strategically
  • Strong data mining and analysis skills.
  • Strong drive for results; willingness to take initiative
  • Bias for action / results and ability to work under pressure
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive multi-channel and multi-regional marketing strategies to drive channel partner engagement and sales growth
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of channel programs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of regional-based channel marketers who work with the regional accounts to grow mindshare and sales, manage MDF, and execute on marketing, events, recruitment and more
  • Work cross-functionally with product, corporate marketing and finance, as well as business partners with Eaton's field and inside sales teams to nurture sales and drive growth
  • Responsible for allocating and executing on annual marketing budgets and MDF, ensuring maximum ROI and partner compliance
  • Monitor campaign performance and partner engagement, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.
