About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Channel Manager in United States. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build, enable, and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem in the enterprise AI space. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with VARs, GSIs, MSPs, and technology partners, driving both sourced and influenced revenue. The position requires hands-on engagement with partners to ensure they are fully enabled to position and sell AI solutions effectively. You will collaborate closely across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create a repeatable, scalable partner motion. This is a highly entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment where your strategic thinking, execution skills, and ability to build strong business relationships will directly influence the company’s growth and market footprint. The role offers high visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to shape the partner ecosystem from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or ecosystem development (B2B SaaS or AI preferred).
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and manage partner revenue.
  • Experience working with VARs, GSIs, MSPs, or cloud providers.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and partner-driven revenue models.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with AI, data, or enterprise technology is a plus.
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the channel strategy aligned with revenue goals, identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-value partners.
  • Build joint business plans and establish clear partner segmentation and coverage models to maximize impact.
  • Create and deliver partner enablement programs, including sales training, technical onboarding, and certifications.
  • Equip partners with messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation to drive pipeline and close deals.
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets, forecast pipeline, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align strategies, remove barriers, and support joint initiatives.
  • Drive joint marketing campaigns, co-selling initiatives, and feedback loops to inform product and market strategies.
