Requirements

  • Proven success managing channel partnerships or strategic B2B relationships
  • Experience driving revenue through indirect sales or partner-influenced strategies
  • Strong understanding of partner business models and ability to tailor value propositions accordingly
  • Track record of hitting metrics in a quota-carrying or target-based environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Self-starter mentality with a strategic, data-driven approach

  • Relationships with insight, zones and other west regional channel partners a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships with assigned channel partners (VARs & solution providers) across the western region of the US
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for partners, understanding their business models and aligning our offerings with their objectives
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through joint selling efforts
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to develop and execute regional partner plans
  • Onboard, train, and enable partners on Service Express offerings, tools, and sales processes
  • Lead QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) to review KPIs and growth strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to support joint events, campaigns, and demand-gen activities
  • Represent the partner voice internally to influence enhancements across product, process, and programs
  • Manage CRM with accurate notes, pipeline updates, and partner activity records
  • Track partner performance and engagement, delivering reports on revenue impact and enablement milestones
  • Identify and recruit new partners where strategic gaps exist
