We are seeking an outgoing, relationship-first Channel Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role for a natural connector who thrives on meeting people, building trust instantly, and turning initial conversations into long-lasting commercial relationships. In this role, you won't just be selling a product; you will be influencing a network. You will work closely with the Monday.com ecosystem (internal employees and customers), leveraging your knowledge of Make and the New York tech scene to drive growth. You will act as a "sharer" of information, wrapping complex technical concepts in simple language to influence stakeholders ranging from individual sellers to Sales Directors. Because this role involves a high volume of requests and moving parts, you must possess the organizational mindset of a Project Manager combined with the heart of a Salesperson.
