Position Summary The Changeover Crew is an on call, per event employee who is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Flint River Entertainment Complex Venues by performing various cleaning duties within the seating area, concourse, restrooms, and locker rooms for various events. This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00-$12.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching This position will remain open until April 17, 2026. About the Venue Flint River Entertainment Complex is owned by the City of Albany and is operated by OVG. Located in Albany, GA, Flint River Entertainment Complex is comprised of three venues- the Albany Civic Center, Albany Municipal Auditorium and Veterans Park Amphitheatre. Hosting live spectator events, banquet, meetings, trade shows, conference, concerts and more, Flint River Entertainment Complex prides itself on bringing quality entertainment to southwest Georgia.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and working contact information are required to work at the Flint River Entertainment Complex.
  • Must be a team player and perform tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Must be able to lift 40lbs or more on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to stand, walk and bend on a continuous basis.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts are generally evening/overnight and could range from 4 hours to 12 hours.
  • Must be able to work in a manner that is safe and effective.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure.
  • Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; refill restroom dispensers.
  • Use and maintain assigned equipment and hand tools
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
