About The Position

WeDriveU is looking for a Change Specialist to join our Transformation Team. Reporting to the Director of Transformation you will support a fast-paced, multi-year business transformation. This role is critical to ensuring that high-impact initiatives are adopted quickly, executed on schedule, and sustained across the organization. The Change Specialist will operate in a deadline-driven environment, partnering with transformation leaders, functional teams, and field leadership to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and operating routines. Success in this role requires comfort with urgency, the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel, and a focus on meeting aggressive timelines while mitigating operational, customer, and safety risk.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of practical change management experience in distributed operations.
  • Proven experience delivering change in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and frontline teams to drive adoption and execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge leaders when timelines or commitments are at risk and the ability to simplify complex changes.
  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable operating with ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • CCMP, Prosci, or ACMP, certification
  • Background in operations-heavy or distributed environments (e.g., transportation, logistics, field-based services).
  • Experience supporting system implementations or operational “backbone” initiatives (e.g., workforce management, asset management, reporting platforms).

Responsibilities

  • Own Change Planning: Develop and execute change management plans aligned to transformation initiatives with defined risk profiles and risk mitigation measures.
  • Coordinate communications: craft clear messages and toolkits for leaders, managers, and the field (updates, FAQs, role guides) ensuring teams understand what is changing, when it is changing, and what is required of them.
  • Partner with value stream leads and functional leaders to translate transformation goals into clear adoption milestones, deadlines, and execution expectations.
  • Run feedback loops: listening posts, surveys, and frontline feedback; identify resistance early and adjust rollout plans
  • Drive urgency and accountability by reinforcing timelines, tracking progress against milestones, and surfacing adoption risks early.
  • Support long term change adoption: Reinforce new operating rhythms and behaviors to ensure changes stick beyond initial rollout, even under compressed timelines.
  • Advise on change load: recommend sequencing/bundling to avoid overload and reduce workarounds
